Orders
Simple process, amazing outcome. Just complete the order form and submit it through Hayjac Designs online. If you would like to discuss your order or have any questions, please feel free to call us at 925.398.8234. Once we receive your online order, it will take us two weeks to process your payment, create your designs and ship them. Your order will be processed, created and shipped within two weeks.

Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks. Once your order is submitted online, we will charge your credit card. For personal checks, please contact us at 925.398.8234 to place your order. Your order will not be processed until we receive your check and it has cleared. This process adds an extra week to your turnaround time. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.

Sales Tax
California residents will be charged 9.75% Alameda County sales tax. Customers outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping
We ship within the United States. Your order will be shipped via Federal Express. You may choose either ground shipping which may take 1-5 days, depending on where the package is shipped or 2 day Fed Ex Express. Larger orders may require additional shipping costs. If you do not receive your order within two weeks of your order date, please contact Hayjac Designs at 925.398.8234 or email info@hayjac.com.

Rush Orders
Standard orders will take two weeks to process, create and ship (add an extra week for payment by personal check). We would be happy to expedite any order for an additional fee of $25, plus shipping and handling.

While personalized jewelry cannot be returned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Hayjac Designs info@hayjac.com or 925.398.8234. Our standards of high quality will result in the most perfect piece possible. However, please keep in mind that handmade jewelry, by its very nature, will always be unique because of the attention paid to each individual piece.
We will process all orders exactly as they are spelled on your order form and will not be held responsible for misspelled words. Please review your order carefully before placing.

Care
We use the finest materials for all your orders. Our jewelry is easy to maintain, using a simple polishing cloth. A swatch will be sent along with each order. Larger cleaning cloths may be purchased for an additional $5 charge. To clean your jewelry, rub surface with mild pressure. This special polishing cloth will continue to be effective until the material becomes completely darkened.
