While personalized jewelry cannot be returned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Hayjac Designs info@hayjac.com or 925.683-7829.

Our standards of high quality will result in the most perfect piece possible. However, please keep in mind that handmade jewelry, by its very nature, will always be unique because of the attention paid to each individual piece.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once your order is submitted online, we will charge your credit card.

Simple process, amazing outcome. Just complete the order form and submit it through Hayjac Designs online. If you would like to discuss your order or have any questions, please feel free to call us at 925.683-7829. Once we receive your online order, it will take us 7-10 days to process your payment, create your designs and ship them.

Rush Orders
Standard orders will take 7-10 days to process, create and ship. We would be happy to expedite any order for an additional fee of $25, plus shipping and handling. Rush orders will take 1-2 days to process and then ship.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Please contact Hayjac Designs at info@hayjac.com or call 925.683-7829 to redeem the gift certificate.

Each piece of Hayjac jewelry will come packaged in its own organza pouch, perfect for storage or gift giving.

Sales Tax
California residents will be charged 9.75% Alameda County sales tax. Customers outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

We ship within the US and International. Your order will be shipped via USPS. You may choose either Priority shipping which may take 1-5 days Domestic and 5-10 days International, depending on where the package is shipped. Express shipping which takes 1-2 days for Domestic and 3-5 day for International. Insurance is not included in shipping cost. If you would like to add insurance, please reference in the comments section and we will add the insurance cost to your order.

We use the finest materials for all your orders. Our jewelry is easy to maintain, using a simple polishing cloth. A swatch will be sent along with each order. Larger cleaning cloths may be purchased for an additional $5 charge. To clean your jewelry, rub surface with mild pressure. This special polishing cloth will continue to be effective until the material becomes completely darkened. To remove tarnish marks from your jewelry, rub with a polish pad (sold on our website under the extras page for $5.)
